Our Inspired Team Members are the heart of AIDA. Whether you are teaching classes or providing support in one of our many programs, every Team Member matters. 

Instructor We are always on the lookout for qualified, professional instructors in a variety of ages and styles.  

Studio Support Our studio support team provides support to our teachers, program leaders, boutique, office, cleaning, maintenance and more.  

Arts Adventure Counselor Our Arts Adventure Counselors keep our campers engaged in fun activities and provide a loving environment for children to grow and thrive.

Incomplete applications will not be considered. 

All new hires will be subject to a background check and a 90 day probationary period.  CPR/First Aid Training is expected of all instructors within 45 days of hire.  AIDA will provide this training once a year at no cost to the employee.  In the event the hire is after the provided training, it is the employee's responsibility to take the course.  AIDA will reimburse employee for training cost.  

 

Salaries will vary based on background and position.  

 

Special Exceptions: 

Instructor candidates will be required to teach 2 trial classes prior to job offer.  Compensation will be reflected in the first paycheck should a job offer be extended.  Instructor candidates will also be required to submit a video of past choreography/performance for review. ​​​​
